REFUND POLICY

Returns 

Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, RBF Essentials, LLC will not accept returns. We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

Damaged Items:

If for some reason the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will only consider the following: replacing the order, providing a refund or store credit, if we are contacted within 5 days of receiving your package. The item(s) must be unworn and still in its original brand new packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once you have contacted us about the damaged item, we will send you an email to notify you if your claim is approved. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shoprbfstore.com
